JadeTextile receives the 2025 Gender Equality Seal
A Business Achievement Empowering Women in Egypt Jade Textile Company achieved a significant milestone in the Egyptian industrial sector after three of its branches in Ismailia, Alexandria, and Cairo received the Gender Diversity Seal from the National Council for Women.
This success reflects the company's ability to implement the highest standards of empowerment, fairness, and equal opportunities within its work environment. Jade Textile's journey began in 2024 with the Ismailia branch receiving recognition for the company's efforts in women's participation. The company continued to develop its internal policies, and in 2025, its Cairo and Alexandria branches also received the seal, further solidifying this culture within the group.
The ceremony was attended by prominent company leaders, including Dr. Amal Ammar, President of the National Council for Women, who stated that companies receiving the seal are already successful and serve as leading models for women. She expressed her hope that the seal would be valid for three years as a testament to the company's commitment to its development. The certificates were received by Eng. Mohamed Sameh, General Manager of Jade Textile Cairo; Mr. Orhan, General Manager of JadeTextile Alexandria; Mr. Moataz Abu Bakr, Regional Director of Corporate Communications and Government Relations; Mr. Khaled Adel, Human Resources Manager at Jade Alexandria; and Ms. Mary Murad, Human Resources Manager at Jade Cairo.

Jade Textile received the seal of approval at all three of its locations in recognition of its extensive efforts to improve internal performance, support women's participation in various fields of work, enhance occupational safety standards, commit to equal participation, and provide a safe and motivating work environment.
