Corporate Social Responsibility Management

As the Jade Textile, our goal is that the obligations of “Corporate Social Responsibility” should become a company culture. In line with this goal, we have adopted the principle of giving back to society what we obtain from it.

Up to the present, we have implemented many volunteering projects within the framework of this principle.

• We realize that the main target of CSR is to contribute to the overall sustainable development policies on both national and global levels.
• According to the UN Agenda 2030 and the globally launched 17 sustainable development goals, true shared value can only be accomplished through a sustainable development approach with a focus on social, environmental, and economic relations of markets, and economies.
• As such we believe that through CSR our company, our product range and our operational model can create a shared value for all through a focus on our people, our planet, and our prosperity to grow as a company and finally our ability to forge partnerships to support our CSR objectives.
• Similarly, we are keen to also contribute to the dynamic growth of Egypt and its path towards sustainable development and we are fully aligned with the country’s national sustainable development strategy 2030.

We continue to work as a strategic production partner of world brands in ready-to-wear garments, stating that they acted with the mission of being the pioneer of the sector by following up our CSR closely since the first day they were established. We prioritize productivity increase and quality production by investing in people and technology.

Sustainability is not only a word or a thing that we say, rather it is a lifestyle. Sustainability is reflected in everything that we do at Jade Textile Ismailia. It is not a job that we do, but we aspire for sustainable manufacturing and sustainable garments and sustainable fabrics where we commit to always doing the right thing. In whatever we do we take care of our people, our community, and the planet we live in. Many can produce garments and fabrics, but, at Jade Textile Ismailia, we do it sustainably.

As Jade, we ensure an accretion value for sustainable development in all our Factories with over 8500 employees and with a daily production number of 500.000 pcs as an average. Also supporting innovation and knowledge, Social justice, Economic development, and the environment. The sustainable development strategy is achieved through a collaboration system investing in human capital and diversified locations in Egypt to improve Egyptian's quality of life.
