Jade Textile and Egypt's Ministry of Labor: A Partnership to Support Employment and Talent Development

As part of the “Education for Employment” initiative, which aims to strengthen public-private sector collaboration, Jade Textile participated in a meeting held at the headquarters of Egypt’s Ministry of Labour.

The meeting brought together Egypt’s Minister of Labour Hassan Raddad, Jade Textile CEO Selim Şankaya, Country Manager of Corporate Communications, Public and Government Relations Moataz Abu Bakr, and Country Human Resources Manager Saleh Nasr. Discussions focused on the company’s 2030 vision, with key priorities including increasing employment, developing human capital, and strengthening the industrial ecosystem.

During the meeting, Jade Textile shared its ambition to increase its workforce from 15,000 to 30,000 employees in the coming years, while expanding production volume and strengthening export capacity. The importance of education and employment initiatives aimed at developing a qualified workforce was also emphasized.
