Jade Kindergarten
Jade Textile is a leader in Egypt’s textile and ready-made garment sector, distinguished by establishing a fully legal kindergarten within its factory premises exclusively for the benefit of its employees. This initiative allows working mothers to stay connected with their children and visit them easily during working hours without the need for transportation.
The Jade Kindergarten, fully compliant with all legal regulations, provides a safe and nurturing environment for children aged 6 months to 6 years. Since its inception, the kindergarten has served 285 children and currently accommodates up to 300 children at a time. The services include nutritious meals, educational activities, rest periods, and social interaction.
In 2021, a new branch of the kindergarten was opened at the company’s factory in Ismailia, with a capacity of 300 children, adhering to both national and international regulations. Jade Kindergarten is officially recognized by the Ministry of Education, offering a curriculum that focuses on the personal and social development of children.
Staffed with a team of specialized teachers and caregivers, the Jade nursery aims to enhance children’s skills and foster their mental development through hands-on learning experiences and interactive activities that encourage active participation.
Social Days
In line with its “People First” philosophy, Jade Textile organizes the 2nd “Social Days” events for its employees as of 2024 in order to encourage team spirit and cooperation among employees.
With this activity, Jade Textile's employees come together in an environment away from the official business environment and aim to create a positive environment that increases loyalty and harmony among each other.
