Completion of Students Summer Internship Program at Jade Textile

The Jade Textile Group of Companies organized the summer internship program for students in 2023, which hosted students from some of Egypt's most prestigious universities, including Zagazig University, the British University in Egypt, Ain Shams University, Helwan University, Alexandria University, and the Japanese University.

This program was designed to qualify and train students for the labor market. Students from the Departments of Industrial Engineering, Home Economics, Mechatronics, Printing, Dyeing, and Fabric Finishing participated therein.

At the end of the training, a ceremony was conducted and the students were given certificates of completion, as there were 14 students and the training lasted a whole month for one month. The program covered all factory departments by the provision of theoretical and practical training in all areas, including occupational health and safety, social responsibility, the role of human resources, effective skills acquisition, and continuous improvement methods.

These sessions were led by factory managers at Jade Textile, and the trainees gained important experience through practical training in the factory under the supervision of the professional trainers in each department, preparing them to join the labor market successfully.
